Delivery, Returns and Refunds
Delivery
We pack your mugs and send them 2nd class post. Delivery should normally be within a few days of placing an order - and it will always be within two weeks (ten working days) of placing an order unless we tell you otherwise. Charges for delivery will vary according to the number of mugs ordered. The rates are as follows:

If the mug you ordered is not in stock, you will have the option to cancel your order, or to wait until more stock can be produced.
Customers outside the EU may be charged for local import duties and taxes. Cole of London is not responsible for these charges, which customers may be asked to pay when their order is delivered. More information can be found by contacting your local Customs and Excise Office.
Refunds and Returns Policy
If you find any fault with your mugs, please let us know. We will replace faulty goods within one month of purchase, and we will pay you the cost of the return postage.
If the mug is not quite what you thought it was going to be, you can return it but we will ask you to cover the cost of postage. We will, of course, refund the cost of the mug as long as it reaches us in its original condition.
